C.S. Osborne No. 710 Groove Staple Remover

When to choose it
The No. 710 is intended for staples exposed inside a furniture groove. Choose it when the old welt cord and fabric can be lifted away and the metal stays down in the channel. The 3⅞-inch blade gives you a separate reach measurement to compare with the depth and approach at the groove.
The tool has a fluted handle intended to resist rolling. If the staples sit on an open rail without a channel, compare a regular No. 124. If a leg remains visible after lifting, switch to a tool that can grip the protruding metal.
